“David captured our day in the most magical and authentic way. From the moment he arrived during the wedding morning prep, he made everyone feel completely relaxed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more!” Natasha & Sam
East Yorkshire has a wide range of fantastic wedding venues. I’m David Conway and I’m an experienced wedding photographer who has shot at many of East Yorkshire's premier venues.
East Yorkshire is a beautiful area for a wedding. There are many beautiful wedding venues to choose from. All you need is the right professional wedding photographer. It's essential to choose the right photographer for the wedding venue. Each wedding venue is different and has a unique style and charm that a good wedding photographer can capture. You want the story of your big day to be told by an East Yorkshire wedding photographer who not only takes beautiful photographs but also enjoys their job and looks for fun wedding photos that you will enjoy looking at many years in the future.
East Yorkshire wedding photography is one of my favourites for many reasons. There are many breathtaking locations associated with some of the more popular venues. It's hard to pick just one! As your professional photographer, you will have my undivided attention on your big day. From the moment you start your bridal preparations to the first dance, where the groom leads you onto the dance floor, I will be ready to capture the images that tell the story of your love and devotion to one another.
I'm a Yorkshire-based wedding photographer who has won many awards. I've been a wedding photographer for almost 14 years. I take beautiful, relaxed photos of the day's events and natural, modern images of the bride and groom. The couple may spend time together and create one-of-a-kind photographs. I prefer to tell people where to stand and how to pose themselves, which is natural and unassuming. As a result, wedding photographs are stunning and genuine.
The East Riding of Yorkshire is one of England's ceremonial counties. The city of Kingston Upon Hull is within its borders. The East Riding District combines the former districts of Holderness, Beverley, and East Yorkshire. Many venues within the area provide the perfect setting for wedding photographs. Bordered by the West Riding of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the North Riding of Yorkshire, you have beautiful scenery in every direction. With the North Sea to the east, you have access to coastal shots as well.
There are many breathtaking venues in East Yorkshire. You can choose from multiple wedding venues that offer spa services and golfing on the grounds. East Yorkshire wedding venues offer packages that include exclusive use of the property for the weekend and professional wedding planners who can help you put together your wedding. We will work with your planning team to ensure I can shoot as many photos as I need from as many angles as possible.
Bunny Hill, nestled between York and Hull on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, offers a perfect setting for memorable celebrations. The lovingly renovated barn, surrounded by woodland and a stunning courtyard, provides panoramic countryside views. With understated elegance and timeless style, Bunny Hill is an exclusive venue for couples seeking a relaxed country wedding.
Opt for Carlton Towers for your wedding, and revel in the privilege of being the special guests in the private home and estate grounds of Lord and Lady Fitzalan Howard. Acknowledging the uniqueness of each wedding celebration, we offer suggested ideas for your special day. However, we are flexible and delighted to customize our recommendations to meet your specific preferences and needs.
Rushpool Hall, a stunning 19th Century Manor House nestled in North Yorkshire's picturesque countryside, provides an ideal setting for weddings. We accommodate civil ceremonies for up to 110 guests and evening receptions for up to 180. Our expansive grounds, Getting Ready Room, Honeymoon Suite, and 19 additional bedrooms ensure a perfect day for both the couple and their guests.
Only three families have owned Saltmarshe Hall throughout its 900-year existence. In 2012, Kate and Roland Whyte purchased the stunning Grade II listed country house and began restoring it. The original traditions and charm of the home, but with a contemporary flair and splash of elegance thrown in for good measure. It offers the perfect combination of old and new, giving your wedding a timeless flair.

Every wedding is different and the number of images you receive can be a reflection of what moments are there to be captured. On a normal wedding day I usually deliver between 600-800 images to your online gallery.
I know how keen my couples are to see and share some images from their wedding day, so with this in mind I always like to provide a selection of teaser shots a day or two after the wedding day. This would usually be around 20-30 images. I then aim to deliver the full collection of images on an online gallery within 6-8 weeks.
From the online gallery my coupes will have access to the full selection of wedding images, but they will be subtly watermarked. From the gallery you would be able to order any prints or wall art directly through my professional printing service. You would be able to share the gallery to any friends and family, and they too, would be able to order any prints they may like as well. If you wanted the full collection of high resolution images to share and keep, my couples do have the option of ordering a USB. See more on my packages page here.

Yes, I have insurance for all my equipment as well as £2M public liability insurance. I also have Drone insurance as well as the necessary drone qualifications to be legal and safe when flying at a wedding.
No. I see my drone as an essential piece of equipment on a wedding day, and so long as the weather allows it and it is safe to do so, I will use it on your wedding day to capture shots of the venue, your guests and it allows me to get creative when getting shots of my couples too.
Get in touch using my contact page here and we can arrange a chat, either in person at my home in Brockholes, Holmfirth, or we can arrange a Zoom call.
